ABOUT ME
The Full Story
Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I pursued my passion for design with a Bachelor's degree in Design from SENAI-CETIQT in Brazil. In 2010, I embarked on a journey to Milan, Italy, where I furthered my education by joining the Marangoni Institute and earning a Master's degree. Following this enriching experience, I ventured into the world of consumer behavior research.

Upon returning to Brazil, I founded ReFuture Consumer Behavior Research in 2014, co-leading the company for seven years. During this time, I spearheaded numerous projects for renowned companies like L'Oréal, Samsung, Heineken, and startups, employing diverse research methodologies such as user journey analysis, qualitative and quantitative research (including focus groups, in-depth interviews, surveys, A/B testing, ethnography, and usability testing).

In 2018, I made a strategic shift towards CX/UX project planning and research, participating in the Transdisciplinary Innovation Program at Hebrew Jerusalem University. Captivated by the innovation landscape of Israel, I relocated permanently in 2019, joining Payoneer as a CX Specialist. Over my three years with Payoneer, I led over 30 customer insights and market research projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products and client-focused features.

In 2022, I expanded my expertise further as a CX Project Manager Consultant at Amex within OGC Global. In this role, I oversaw the migration of a global NPS survey project, collaborated cross-functionally on major KPIs, and conducted training sessions on customer insights and market research.

My skills encompass strategic planning, project management, and proficiency in various research methodologies. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian, and proficient in Spanish and Hebrew.
